ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHER
Ashley Rainwater Bilbro
Kentucky-based photographer Ashley Rainwater Bilbro specializes in creative portrait photography. With a deep love for fashion and editorial photography, she adds an element of the editorial style to her portraiture. Her tones are often called dark and moody, but she prefers “deep, bold, and ethereal.”
Ashley’s love for photography began during high school. She attended Asbury University, where she majored in art with an emphasis in photography. During college, she started her photography business, Rainwater Photography. Since then, she has photographed everything from weddings to seniors, families, boudoir, and creative portraiture.
Her hope is that she can help her subjects feel empowered with every photograph. The next big move in her career would be to open her own photography studio and focus on editorial work.
Her work has been featured locally, nationally, and globally in publications.
